THE INTERNATIONAL START-UP AWARD IS ORGANIZED BY
BY THE ITALIAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE FOR SWITZERLAND.
The contest aims to become the first aggregator of national Start-Up events and create an international scene where Start-Ups from all over the world can compete under the eyes of international investors. The main goal is to contribute to the evolution of the Swiss Startup ecosystem and stimulate and encourage the creation of innovative ideas for the benefit of tomorrow’s society.
The Award is dedicated to Start-Ups that fall under one of below categories.
BIOTECH
Innovative technologies that use living organisms or systems in medicine, agriculture and food science, to improve the quality of our lives (molecular biology, bionics, bio-engineering, genetic engineering and nanotechnology).
IT
Pioneering Start-ups that create an immersive and connected world using either Smart devices, Blockchain, Quantum Computing, Augmented Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Security Services.
SOCIAL
Start-Ups with a Social Impact for their communities. Innovative and authentic approaches, using new or existing solutions in different fields like human rights, migration, health, environment, housing, learning and art to make the world a better place.
LOGISTICS
Advanced technologies using Robotics and automation, Drones, Augmented Reality, Internet of Things and Machine-Learning that bring value across the entire supply chain, including warehousing, last-mile delivery and freight transportation.
